TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read and understand these Terms & Conditions before making an actual payment. The purchase of any travel services offered by SkyHigh Travelsphere such as tour packages, airline tickets, hotel accommodation, and travel insurance constitutes an arrangement between you and the company, and represents your acceptance of the Company’s Terms & Conditions set out herein.
SkyHigh Travelsphere acts as your agent only - selling travel products and services on behalf of a supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and the like). All suppliers are independent entities and are not owned, managed or operated by SkyHigh Travelsphere. Your purchase is a contract between you and the supplier only, even if you purchased it through us. By purchasing your travel services through us, you will not hold SkyHigh Travelsphere liable for any changes, disruptions, cancellations, etc. concerning the services you availed. BOOKING
Each offer has its own validity. Be sure to check the validity of each. Rates are per person and subject to change without prior notice. Hotel rooms, tours, and flights are always subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeure, government mandated changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like.
SkyHigh Travelsphere is not responsible for any last minute itinerary change by the tour operator for whatever reason they may have. Once you’ve made your booking, you will be given a payment due date. Failure to pay on or before the said due date will result in cancellation of your booking. Name change is strictly prohibited. Make sure to provide the correct passenger details. SkyHIgh Travelsphere is not responsible for incorrect passenger information (Name, Title, Age, Date of Birth and Passport Details) provided by the person who made the reservation.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
SkyHigh Travelsphere accepts cash payment, bank deposit, and credit card payment through Paypal.
A deposit/full payment of the total package is required by SkyHigh Travelsphere to process the booking for you depending on the destination you purchased. Our rates have limited availability and the payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE/non-transferable but may be re-booked subject to penalty fees and surcharges.
Your booking is not confirmed, and payment is not deemed made until the actual payment is received and a sales receipt has been generated. Your reservation will likewise be cancelled if the payment required is not received within the time the rate is still available and SkyHigh Travelsphere reserves the right to apply rate differences if necessary. Price is only guaranteed once booked and confirmed.
Please review and verify your SALES RECEIPT thoroughly and contact SkyHigh Travelsphere immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. We cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, SkyHigh Travelsphere reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD
Credit card surcharges may apply to payments made by credit card. In the event you pay by credit card but the services are not provided by a third party provider of travel services or products, you agree that you will not take steps to charge back your payment to SkyHigh Travelsphere.
BANK FEES / SURCHARGES
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for international transactions. Your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. Due to this, the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency which is a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on this Website.
A foreign transaction fee may be also assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the Philippines. Booking international travel may be considered an international transaction by your bank or credit card company.
The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank or credit card company.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All hotel partners of SkyHigh Travelsphere are intended to be used on all departures however, hotels/rooms are not guaranteed and are always subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute other hotels than those listed in the inclusion. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or similar class, when available, to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties may apply. Hotel upgrades are always subject to additional charges.
Sneak-in guests are considered to have no bed allocation but will share with other room guests. Breakfast, transfer, and tours (if applicable) will still be provided. Sneak in guests are not considered as official guest. Please be advised that sneak-in guests must not join the hotel check-in process.
Security deposits or commonly known as Incidental charges may be collected by the Hotel upon check-in and please note that Hotel standard Check-in time is 2PM - 3PM and standard Check-out time is 11AM - 12NN however may vary worldwide; SkyHigh Travelsphere cannot control or guarantee check-in times.
SERVICE TRANSFERS
Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis, specified time and place for pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed. SkyHigh Travelsphere will not be held liable for missed services if failure to comply specified schedule/meeting point.
And If the airline reschedules or delays a flight for any reason outside the specified time or place for pick-up and drop-off, no free private transfers will be arranged since flight changes by the airline partner is beyond our control. Going to the hotel will be on own arrangement.
TOUR ITINERARY
Itineraries listed are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change without notice. This could come about due to road or weather conditions, or any changes imposed by our operators/supplier included in the itinerary.
Sightseeing tours, Recreational Park visit, and/or Famous Landmarks/Tourist Spot visits are provided by a separate service provider. In the event that a Tour operator is cancelling a portion of your Travel Package, we will, at your request, try to obtain alternative arrangements. Supplier’s terms & conditions apply.
During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Hasty Feet Travel Nation cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.
Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus specified time and place for pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed and delays may be experienced unless stated otherwise.
OTHER FEES
All rates are non-inclusive of government fees such as Philippine travel tax for international packages, international and domestic terminal fees set forth on selected airports and on some domestic airlines, environmental fees and other government fees implemented on selected destinations. You are responsible to pay for such charges/fees.
Fees associated during tours such as mandatory tipping fees, souvenir fees, and other tour associated fees are not included on all packages sold by SkyHigh Travelsphere. The company is not held liable for any collected/solicited fees during the tour not listed on the inclusions of the package sold.
SkyHigh Travelsphere makes sure to provide the information regarding necessary fees to be collected during the trip. Any other fees or payments solicited from guests during the trip are of guest's discretion.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation of booking, refunds and re-booking will not be accepted once the booking is finalized. No refund will be given to any non-utilized part of the travel arrangements. SkyHigh Travelsphere offers refunds commensurate with the policies of suppliers engaged for personal travel, including tours, air and cruises. SkyHigh Travelsphere is not liable for any airline cancellation, reschedule, or delay for any reason. If you purchased your airline ticket with us, we will try to assist in making new arrangements providing you have not yet checked in with your airline for your first flight segment.
Please be aware airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline imposed flight cancellations, reschedules or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of request. If you miss your departure flight or connection, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination.
Airlines will directly notify the travelers of any schedule changes thru call or text. SkyHigh Travelsphere will not receive any notification for any changes of your flight. It is always best that you contact the airline to reconfirm your flight within 72 hours of departure. If an airline has a change to any of your flight, please immediately notify your assigned agent of such changes thru email/chat/phone. Travelers should periodically check emails or keep their phone lines open for updates regarding flight schedules and respond in a timely manner.
If you booked the airline tickets on you own, SkyHigh Travelsphere will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries or travel dates. We recommend that you do not purchase airline tickets with high penalty charges for changes.
REFUNDS
Any purchases made through SkyHigh Travelsphere are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. Re-booking is subject for approval and availability, applicable fees/penalty charges will apply.
No refunds will be provided by SkyHigh Travelsphere for portions of trips missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is SkyHigh Travelsphere responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you must withdraw from tour after it has begun due to medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour. Supplier’s terms & conditions apply.
If refund option is made available on certain scenarios, it will usually take 15-20 business days.
SPECIAL CARE / ASSISTANCE (Disabled, Elderly, Expectant Mothers, and etc)
Clients must report any disability requiring special attention to SkyHigh Travelsphere at the time the reservation is made. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers needing special assistance but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.
SkyHigh Travelsphere cannot provide individual assistance to a guest for walking, dining, getting on and off transport vehicles, or other personal needs. We strongly recommend a qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance.
Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. SkyHigh Travelsphere is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to participate with the group.
YOUNG TRAVELLERS
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be declared upon reservation and should be accompanied by an adult (a parent or a guardian with financial support to the minor) all throughout the vacation.
Legal Guardians, Single parents or either of the parents accompanying the young traveler need to secure the proper documents needed for travel on own arrangement. Otherwise, young traveler needs to secure a Travel Clearance on own arrangement, and parents may call their respective Social Welfare office to secure such document.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
SkyHigh Travelsphere acts merely as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.).
SkyHigh Travelsphere shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or handling of personal effects.
SkyHigh Travelsphere shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control.
Travelers assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
